Newsletters
The Newsletter is a twenty-eight page publication that is published twice each year, Spring and Fall. It is sent to all members of the Augustana Heritage Association. Memberships are for two years and coincide with the schedule of AHA Gatherings held every two years.
The purpose of the Newsletter is to support the purpose of the Association which is to "define, promote and perpetuate the heritage and legacy of the Augustana Lutheran Church." The contents of the Newsletter regularly include articles about the history of Augustana and stories of its founders and leaders during its 102 years of existence. There is a regular schedule of articles about the institutions and agencies in the ELCA which came from Augustana, including the Colleges and Seminary and the social ministry institutions. The articles always carry pictures.
Members are invited and urged to submit articles related to their experiences in Augustana's life and tradition. Letters to the editor are always welcomed. Information and announcements about the events and activities in AHA are shared.
Articles, suggestions and letters should be sent to the editor, the Rev. Ronald T. Englund, 44 Lakeview Avenue, Falmouth, MA 02540; Phone: 508-495-1621, Email: englund@cape.com.
